We Offer FREE Express Delivery: To USA and Rest of World.

Q- How long does shipping takes?
A- All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days to ship and 7th to 8th day delivered.

-          Shipping: U.S. orders will deliver within 7 days after processing days due to political and American tariffs issues.

-          Shipping: Rest of World orders will deliver within 4-8 days

-          Q- Where is my order?

-          Q- What is my tracking number?
A: 
This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting support.

-          Q - I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A:
Simply contact us at INFO@SozanasBananas.com with your full name and mailing address, and we will resend your confirmation number.

-       Q- How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

-          Q- How can I cancel my order?

-          A- You must contact us within 12 hours.
-We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

-          Q - What is your return policy?

Return full funds for the product within 21 days only. However due to the nature of the product usage, and due to health related reasons and infections laws, open and used products cannot be returned.
